I asked for a 200 loan. I felt they forced higher on me

Way was spoke to wasbt great . And the intrest charge is still high eveb though it wasnt cash.. abd i havent recieved the £20 amazon voucher

Don’t forget if you wish to withdraw from your loan agreement, all customers have a 14 day grace period after signing. Furthermore, if a customer wishes to settle a loan agreement early they are entitled to a statutory rebate which would reduce the total amount repayable significantly. I can see you have not received an Amazon voucher yet. I'll make sure this gets emailed to you this afternoon.
