Thank you for your feedback. Our interest rates are public and we explain the cost of the loan to each customer before they sign their loan agreement. Contrary to the 7 days you mentioned all customers have a 14 day grace period to withdraw from the agreement after signing. Furthermore, if a customer wishes to settle a loan agreement early they are entitled to a statutory rebate which would reduce the total amount repayable significantly.
