Hi Reenu, thank you for your feedback. We do try to contact via phone before fully authorising your signed application, SMS and email too if we require further information. We also make sure to explain the public interest rates costs of the loan to each customer before signing for example on our website and application before signing the loan. Nonetheless, if you wish to withdraw from your loan agreement, all customers have a 14 day grace period after signing. Furthermore, if a customer wishes to settle a loan agreement early they are entitled to a statutory rebate which would reduce the total amount repayable significantly.
