Hi Luke I am rating the experience as a whole, the staff are excellent, the service is easy. As a whole I am afraid it is so expensive, I fail to see why the rates need to be so high, with that being said of course, I appreciate I took the loan and nobody forced me too, but it purely was out of desperation.

I understand Kevin. Remember, if you would like to settle the loan agreement early you would be entitled to a statutory rebate reducing the total amount repayable significantly.
