The service is fine and use on their website is good. But when you borrow any monies be aware of how much the repayment is. I borrowed £250 and I have to pay back £1028 so that is £778 in interest,...

Thank you for your feedback Andrew. Our interest rates are public and we explain the cost of the loan to each customer before they sign their loan agreement. Also, if a customer wishes to settle a loan agreement early they are entitled to a statutory rebate which would reduce the total amount repayable significantly.
