You’ve also put a late payment marker on in February? Who even does that?? I didn’t even miss a payment at ALL! in fact I paid a total of £618 in February to get you leeches off my back. Your reply makes no sense, get a grip and stop glamorising you’re awful business.

Go somewhere else for a loan

Appalling company, 250 loan paid 100 back straight away and they want 300 to settle it within 14 days, 150 interest to pay.

So I got the call, got told your online systems don't reflect payments made to the account, Great but OK, so I said il settle in a couple of days once I was paid, I settled and the didn't close the account and took 3 payments in total when it wa settled before any payments due, I then had to ring a very arrogant agent to try and justify why I shouldn't have been charged, I was then told a refund would be with me that day it wasn't, and my account would be closed it wasn't, I was then refunded a amount what doesn't cover the two charges taken and on top of that they took a third payment, and now they have deleted my account so I can not log in. So out of pocket, didn't close the account when they should of, Incurred charges when I shouldn't and now can't even log in to view the details, please no matter how desperate you are please go elsewhere as this will only make your situation worse. Absolutely disgusting company, I would be willing to bet this firm with be shut down within next 12 month just you watch.

Account still been removed from there website, unable to access the information to prove unlawful charged, no calls no emails, guess going to have to gather the bank statements and take time out my day to call and be refunded the money that should never have been taken, clever to remove all records of my account isn't it, I'm sure the FCA will be interested as to why you have done that.

Please let us know as soon as possible either here or by calling us on 0330 400 6000 if you feel you were not aware of this before signing the agreement and we can see if our team can assist and advise. Don’t forget if you wish to withdraw from your loan agreement, all customers have a 14 day grace period after signing. Furthermore, if a customer wishes to settle a loan agreement early they are entitled to a statutory rebate which would reduce the total amount repayable significantly.
