If a customer wishes to settle a loan agreement early they are entitled to a statutory rebate which would reduce the total amount repayable significantly.

Please let us know as soon as possible either here or by calling us on 0330 400 6000 if you feel you were not aware of this before signing the agreement and we can see if our team can assist and advise. Don’t forget if you wish to withdraw from your loan agreement, all customers have a 14 day grace period after signing.
