Thanks for your feedback! Our letterboxes are designed with smaller letter openings to help keep your mail secure and prevent items being taken through the slot. They aren’t really made for small parcels, so for those we’d recommend using a parcel box instead. Glad you love the design—it really does add great character to any porch!

Thanks for sharing your thoughts! To explain, the personalised vinyl we provide is delivered separately along with clear instructions. This way, you still have the option to return the letterbox if it’s not quite right for you. If requested, we can apply the personalisation for you, but this would make the letterbox a custom item and it wouldn’t be eligible for return. Hopefully, this clears things up.
