We do try to make it as clear as possible, that we send the vinyl personalisation separately from the letterbox, along with full instructions on how to apply them. This is to give you the flexibility to return the letterbox if needed, should you decide it’s not the right choice for you. We can of course apply them for you; however, the item would become bespoke and would no longer be eligible for return.
