Regarding the bike, we ensured that the model reserved in your booking was the one ready for you upon pick-up. There may have been some misunderstanding, as when we spoke with you at the start of the tour, you mentioned you were happy with the bike after taking it for a quick ride. We’re sorry if there was any confusion, and we would have been happy to discuss other rental options at the time.
As for the GPS issues, we completely understand how frustrating that must have been. To clarify, the problem arose after the device was dropped during the trip. Despite this, we’re glad we were able to provide a quick solution, and we’re happy to know you enjoyed the route you chose and had a wonderful time.
We’re also sorry to hear that you felt our communication was vague at times, and we will work to improve this for future travelers. However, the only issue we were made aware of was the GPS problem. If we had known you were experiencing these other concerns, we would have been happy to address them immediately, but are only learning about them now.
