Many thanks for your feedback. I know you were advised that the Ziller Valley Railway will not have implemented their summer schedule during your tour prior to your departure. Therefore, the train journey from Fugen to Mayrhofen would be operated by a Diesel engine. I am sorry if you were disappointed. Regarding your pick ups I do know you only had 5 town pick ups and the rest were service stops which we do explain in our Booking Conditions. I do hope you will return with us in the future. Glad to read you enjoyed your hotel but disappointed to hear about your food quality. Did you speak to your Drivers at the time as we like to be as pro active as possible whilst you are on tour, so we are given the opportunity to improve the situation for you whilst you are away.
