Exceptional service by a very nice lady called Nicola, when visiting the shop all the staff were lovely and offered us a coffee or tea. I feel much safer travelling with Kuoni.

The staff were very helpful and knowledgable. They were friendly without being over bearing and pushy. They also remembered me from previous visits with my late husband. They made me feel so welcome.
