Its Awesome
Staff was very friendly and helpful. We've 15 bags to off load and load each side and they helped us big times. You must need a Taxi to be transported from Airport to Hotel and booking in advance...

They went ahead and charged my credit card 74 euro 16 days later not careing I really think this a scam and your company refuses to call or email an explanation how am l responsible

They can call the receptionist of Mercure grand arch and verfiy that we waited and that they called several times and with no answer from there part could somebody explain how they charged me for a service never rendered
