Thank you for your feedback, if I may address a few of your comments, when the age verification fails our system sends a number of emails to advise that the order is on hold, these are sent by our partner AgeChecked who carry out the age verification. I have looked into this with AgeChecked and they have the emails as delivered to you. With regard to the delivery it would seem the issue has happened by you entering your work address but your home postcode on the order (this is also why it failed agechecked as they check against the electoral roll and the address details for the billing address were incorrect) DPD use postcodes to process the orders so the initial delivery was sadly never going to arrive as the driver wouldn't have been able to locate the address when they arrived at the postcode. It would them seem as the order failed due to an incorrect address it became very difficult to redirect this correctly and this is a failure on our and our carriers part and I can only apologise for this, despite your best efforts to provide alternative address details. I can see a full refund has been issued for the order and I am sorry for the issues encountered.
