good delivery service but two items faulty, on contacting via email got reply saying read returns policy on site which states cost of 4.95 to send back ,only hope this will be refunded but it doesn't...

Super stretchy side panels in these shirts, so ideal for the beer bellied gentlemen. Good quality as always and according to the wife no ironing either, so a win win all round
Ordered two tops both XL I recieved one XL AND 1 Medium when I imformed williams of this I was then told that id have to return the at my expense aswell as time. I find this totally unprofessional...
