Great product, horrendous customer service!
The service has been terrible. The tent I ordered arrived late after issues with couriers and Khyam blaming them. Then when I have tried to return (under their 30 day promise) it is almost impossible...

Historically great products, shame about their couriers!
Had Khyam tents for over 20 years and they have been brilliant. Decided to treat myself to a new one, and 67 days on still have no tent. Have had a number of emails saying first carrier messed up and...

Thank you for leaving your comments on the service received. We would like to note that your order was delivered 7 days after you purchased, 3 hours after you left this review, and was not 67 days after. In the correspondance you were notified that it would be delivered before the middle of this week, which we have fulfilled. We wholeheartedly apologise for the unfortunate courier situation.

My error it should have been 6 to 7 days. However since then trying to return the tent to you has been horrendous. The tent and groundsheet that were collected on Monday to be returned to you have been redelivered back to me yesterday!!!!! The courier would not take them back again and simply left them in the spot they were collected from but this time the boxes are damaged!!!!! If anyone on your customer service line answered or returned my calls from the messages left we could probably have this conversation out of the public domain.

Not the cheapest normally (got a really good black Friday deal) but definitely great quality and complete with everything you need! Clever pole system too.

Always prompt reliable service
Kyham products have always served me well, I’ve had a couple drive away awnings now and the only reason I changed one was to get a different model my existing one at that time was still as new...
