We guarantee a despatch time of 1-2 days when ordering by standard delivery as 1st class post is not a guaranteed service so it could take as long as 1-3 days to arrive 1st class after the bracelet is made up. I do recall our conversation on the phone and I advised choosing 48 hour delivery ie courier to guarantee delivery, which I guess is why you picked up the noahs arc from our offices separately to avoid any postal delays. I couldn't promise you delivery by the weekend with standard post - with courier next day delivery I could have given you an actual date. The bracelet should fit the baby if the correct age is chosen on the website, the bracelet is a snug fit to prevent it falling off, and we do offer one free resize in the event it does not fit (99%+ fit first time).
