Thank you so much for your comments. The reason for such a load alarm is to alert our staff, wherever they are in the building, to the fact that someone is waiting at the front security gate. We are currently working on alternative solutions that will mean that the load buzzer will not be required. I am sorry that you found the sound too load. I am sorry that you thought the storage area that you had your bike in store was not as secure as you like it to be. With the high levels of traffic during the working day the store used by you for bike storage was left open but was monitored by CCTV and by onsite staff. A few weeks ago we changed our system and the store is now kept closed at all times and opened for each customer as and when it is required. With regard to opening times, we pride ourselves on how secure our buildings are when we are closed. Clearly we try to accommodate as many customer requirements as possible and your need for late access was handled by storing your bike temporarily in the inner yard until the store reopened. As yet we have not had enough demand from customers to set up 24 hour access to our buildings, so we continue to provide a high level of security out of office hours. We will continue to monitor demand for longer opening hours or 24 hour access and invest in these changes if required by sufficient customers. May I thank you for your feedback and comments.
