Thank you so much for your comments, customer feedback is very important for us to fully understand what customers expect from Kangaroo. As far as access is concerned, in order to allow customers to freely access their belongings, we are open 7 days a week. As some customers are unable to visit the store during our weekday opening hours, most then come on Saturday and Sunday instead. We continue to monitor our opening hours so that they meet customer demand. In addition, we will assess the need for out of hours access via access control systems. As you can imagine this type of secure access is costly to install and would have an impact upon our very competitive pricing that is the most affordable in Glasgow.
