Sorry that you haven't received the email containing your policy documents. You should have received it within 3 working days. Your email address appears to be correct as you have provided feedback via Feefo, so we have sent the email again to that email address. Please check any spam or junk email folders that you may have and let us know if you still haven't received it. If nothing is received please get in touch again via our online contact form and, if possible, supply an alternative email address.

Payment can take up to 10 working days to be collected but your policy is fully active.

Purchased on line but no contact for two days. Rang and cancelled and asked for email to confirm this and not even received that!! Hopefully it's cancelled but who knows.....
