All feedback from our customers is highly valued as we not only like to see where you think our strengths are, but also where our weaknesses are so we can make the necessary improvements. I am therefore sorry to see that the Pretty Frill Cami, Rio Carnival Top and the Distinctive Denim Dress were not suitable for you. I have passed on your comments regarding the quality of the fabric and the sizing issues to the QC Department who can see if any other comments have been made. I have also informed the Marketing Department of the images not being fully representative on the catalogue and website. May I also apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment that may have been caused with the delivery time and courier that was used.
