I ordered 12 mega plants and received plugs instead out of the 12 4 flowered 3 never made it to the garden and 5 I will have to wait till next year to see if they live though the winter.

Second time l have used this service. Very poor, out of 280 ready plants I will be lucky to get a couple of pots and a hanging basket.

The plants were a little short on growth and a small number(circa 10) had fallen out of the potting soil. The packaging had been damaged- slightly squashed- which didn't help.All those planted out...

Ordered Pansys which arrived leggy. Potted them up three weeks ago, they have grow and they still look leggy and I will not be using them. Poor quality

suggest using a different courier also would be useful to receive email to advise date of despatch - both lots arrived loose, severely damaged had come out of packaging completely - all snapped off...
