Bad customer service.
Steer axle failed after 2 months and they would not carry out repair under warranty so I had it repaired at my own cost. We replace the trucks every 5 years but will not be purchasing from dealership...

JCB no problem the dealer have been the issues but they are resolving it
JCB product I think is great perhaps pdi’s need improvement needing shims in bucket links after delivery shouldn’t happen whether it be JCB or the dealer.
