This means when you place an order with us the banking system places a reservation of funds for the order amount on your card. At this stage no money is physically taken from your card, it is only held in reservation. This allows us to make sure the card used is correct, has funds and passes security procedures and is thus pre-authorised. We would then pick your order and calculate the appropriate shipping cost to apply to the invoice. It is only at this stage that we charge and commit the exact invoice amount to your card. After 3-5 days the banking system will remove the reservation of the original amount held on your card. For security reasons we have no control over the reservation held on your card. So as you can see your card is only actually charged once by us only when your order is ready for despatch. I hope this better explains the payment procedure.

Thank you for your feedback. With regards to the new website issue you are having there is a simple fix. Your computer is not displaying it properly as it has stored templates of the old website and is using it to display the new website and this is causing the disjointed viewing experience you are seeing. Basically you just need to force your computer to refresh the screen either by pressing the refresh button once or twice or by pressing CTRL F5 on your keyboard once or twice. Your computer should then use the new templates to display the new website properly. The new website has been designed to improve your shopping experience with us.
