Thanks for your feedback. We aim to send 3 automated emails prior to the expiration of the policy. If these have not come through in a timely manner, this is something that we will look into. We are currently reviewing our existing customer area for launch in July and we hope all of our customers will benefit from improvement in our processes. You have really avoided my question and simply advised me of your policy as regards renewal reminders. I agree that should be adequate but I still do not see that if a customer is a shade tardy in renewing , he should be regarded as a new risk.
