Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We did receive your recent email and hope the resolution provided is to your utmost satisfaction. We are truly sorry to learn that your experience was diminished by the cancellation of the Nazca Lines flyover and the subsequent lack of clear communication regarding both the alternative activity and the refund process. Your disappointment is entirely understandable given the significance of this Optional Excursion to your overall holiday plans. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience and frustration this situation has caused. Your comments have been duly noted and will be shared with the Operations Department to help improve the level of service and communication in future.

Thank you very much for your thoughtful feedback. We are pleased to hear that the itinerary met your expectations and that you found the tour comprehensive and well organised. It is gratifying to know that the arrangements, as well as the efforts of the on-the-road team, contributed positively to your experience in Croatia. Your comments regarding the hospitality, cultural sites, and overall planning are greatly appreciated.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to learn that you found so much to see and do, and that your Travel Director and Coach Driver looked after you so attentively and did their best to help throughout the journey. We were sorry to hear that the tour felt rushed at times, particularly during your visit to the Vatican gift shop, and we appreciate your honest comments on the pace of the itinerary. We were also concerned to learn that the group dinners did not meet your dietary needs, and that you left the table hungry. This is not the standard we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologise that your gluten-free and dairy-free requirements were not catered for more successfully. Your observations are important, and we have shared your feedback with the Operations Department We hope to welcome you on another tour in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed and candid feedback on your tour of the Maritimes. We are pleased to learn that you found the region so rich in history, beauty and character, that the guest speakers were informative, passionate and entertaining, and that the accommodation was excellent. We are also very glad to hear that your Coach Driver made such a favourable impression, both through her capability and her warm manner with guests. We were sorry to learn that you felt rushed at several of the stops, particularly at Green Gables and Peggy's Cove, and that the time spent on the coach was longer than you had anticipated. We understand how disappointing it is to arrive at a place of such interest without the opportunity to explore it properly, and we will bear your comments in mind as we review the pacing of our itineraries. We were also concerned to read of your experience with your Travel Director. A warm rapport, flexibility and a willingness to accommodate reasonable requests are central to the standard we hope every guest will experience, and we sincerely apologise that this fell short, including on your final evening and during the introductions, when the surroundings made it difficult for guests to hear one another. Your suggestions regarding name tags and group photographs are constructive, and we are grateful for them. We appreciate your frank comments, and we have shared them with the Operations Department. Thank you once again for travelling with us. We hope to welcome you on another tour in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback on your Country Roads tour. It is very encouraging to learn that your Travel Director made such a strong impression, being informative and responsive, and bringing such warmth and humour to the group that you laughed so often together. We also appreciate your thoughtful comments on the itinerary. Your suggestion that a Country Roads tour might omit Venice in favour of more time in the mountains and lakes is a reasonable one, and we note your disappointment that the tour did not include some of the finest places on Lake Como. We are pleased that you enjoyed Cortina, the Dolomites and the lesser-known Italian lakes, and that these exceeded your expectations. Your view that the itinerary is distinctive among those offered by other companies is encouraging, and your observations will be helpful as we review the routes and sites included. Thank you once again for travelling with us. We hope to welcome you on another tour in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share such positive feedback on your tour. It is very encouraging to learn that you found the locations so appealing, and that staying several nights in the same hotel made the touring so comfortable and unhurried. We are also pleased that you found the venues interesting, and that the Local Guides added so much value to what you saw. Your description of the tour as well worth taking, in such a beautiful and historic setting, is warmly appreciated, as is your praise for your Travel Director and Coach Driver, who clearly contributed so much to the journey. Thank you once again for travelling with us. We hope to welcome you on another tour in the future.

Thank you for this excellent rating. We are pleased that it reflects a positive experience, and we appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a balanced and detailed account of your Germany and Oktoberfest tour. We are pleased to learn that you found your Coach Driver excellent and your Travel Director good, and that the tour gave you the opportunity to see so much of Germany and Austria and to learn about the history of each region. It is also encouraging that you valued the hotels, the food, the convenience of having your luggage handled for you, and the reserved seating at Oktoberfest. We were sorry to hear that you would have welcomed more guidance on things to do during free time, and that the Travel Director seemed at times more focused on reaching each destination than on the needs of individual guests. We also appreciate your observation that in some places you would have liked to visit a building or castle rather than simply pass by, and that the Optional Excursions, though good, were somewhat expensive. We have shared your feedback with our Operations Department so that it can be considered as we review how best to support guests in making the most of their free time and how our itineraries are structured. Your advice that guests should be prepared for a good deal of walking and several early starts will be useful to future travellers. Thank you once again for travelling with us. We hope to welcome you on another tour in the future.

It is very encouraging to learn that you found beauty at every turn, from the sunrises and sunsets to the night skies, and that the journey had such a calming effect on you. It is a striking testament to the restorative power of time spent in such surroundings, and we are delighted that the experience gave you so much more than simply a holiday. Thank you once again for travelling with us. We hope to welcome you on another tour in the future.
