Yes I've read the reviews. Mostly about your own facilities (free coke etc). Very little about the course itself or the level of training. The least that I would expect from a trainer is to train in accordance with the training material, especially if you are to be tested on a acronym and the trainer runs through something different to those notes. I had to point out twice that what he was saying was totally different from what the training material was stating. I feel that if I hadn't been on the course this wouldn't have been picked up. This is understandable as most people just go through the motions and look upon an offsite training course as a day out - hence the comments being more about your facilities than the content. I really have nothing else to add. I do not intend going on any future courses held by yourselves and would recommend you to my fiercest competition.
