Best experience possible
They were very, very good and I hope I am called for further researches in the future. They answred atiently and quickly all my questions, payment ws also very fast.

Straightforward and clear at every step. The questionnaire was interesting
The email and text communication were both simple and concise. The questionnaire was ok but very slow to load and I didn’t get a confirmation that it had finished so I waited a little whole longer...

It was not a nice experience using the service. Often questions started popping up every 1 second and sometimes questions changed while the answer was being entered.
