I had real trouble with the website whilst trying to book. I ended up booking a different hotel as the original one I wanted kept freezing.

Extra cost to amend simple info
Easy to book and able to use my Tesco voucher easily on the app. Only downside it that I accidentally put one guest not two and they want to charge extra to make such a simple amendment
