We really do appreciate your choice of Hiscox for your Business Insurance cover, and I am disappointed to hear that you have experienced issues in taking out your cover. I have discussed your feedback with the Operations manager to understand what caused your poor customer experience. Firstly I apologise for the confusion over our timescales for sending out policy documents. We do understand how important these documents are to secure business contracts.
