I think my understanding of afternoon must differ from hippos. After being reassured the car was leaving in the morning I am being told to expect the car at 7 pm. (it takes 3hrs and 40 minutes to get here from hippo and that's in traffic, so after being specifically told the car left in the morning I'm left to wonder if it is the slowest delivery driver ever taking 7 hours?)
So I've wasted an entire days holiday waiting for this "afternoon" delivery.
Really big shame after the excellent service provided by Ryan.
