I have also just spoken to our complaints team and they sent you an update on your complaint yesterday. We also sent you over a copy of the MOT certificate which shows your vehicle passed with no advisories.
As you are unhappy with the tyres and we value your custom, we have offered to send you payment for 2 new tyres to settle the matter in full.
