This could possibly be because the item was purchased with a gift card or on clearance. When items are on clearance, they are ineligible for return or exchange. We did state in the item description, the item does run small, but it might not be as visible as needed. We will work to fix that. We've been having issue receiving notifications for the refund software, but we are working diligently to fix the issue.
