Thank you, Edward, for taking the time to leave us a review. It's great to hear that our straightforward, low-cost approach works well for you. You, like you many folks we speak to, simply don't require things like 24-hour access or phone apps that some other storage providers offer but which usually costs far, far more. We're happy we can provide exactly what you're looking for at both our Wimbledon and Horsham stores. We appreciate your support greatly, and thank you for choosing Henfield Storage. Best regards, Val

Thank you for the 5 stars, Nina. It was an absolute pleasure working with you and your excellent logistical skills! Hope the move down continues to go smoothly. Best wishes, Ben

Hi Charles, thank you very much for the 5-stars. It was a pleasure helping you with your move. Everything was so well organised, and having your helpers ready to go made the whole collection process run smoothly from start to finish. We really appreciate your kind feedback and wish you all the best while your items are in storage. We look forward to seeing you again when you're next in the branch. Best, Val

Thank you for your comments. We do understand that it is never nice when bills go up. However, you have been storing with us for some years, and we, like other companies which are subject to cost increases, do increase rates from time to time. Our rates are still extremely competitive compared to other providers in the area, and we do make sure that any changes are communicated well in advance. If you would like to explore some options of how you may be able to reduce your costs, please contact the store and speak to our team. They will be very happy to assist you. Regards, Ben
