Easy booking
Easy to book. Various options on offer. Was told that I was eligible for a five pound discount but this was not applied when I came to pay.

Thank you for your feedback. The £5 discount would have been accessible via a link on the email that we sent you. I am sorry to hear that you were unable to make use of the discount and will deduct £5 from your booking. This amount will be refunded to the card that you paid with initially. Enjoy your trip!
