We normally process our bookings and send out tickets post booking within twenty minutes, as states on our website, and acknowledge that we took closer to twenty eight minutes in fulfilling your booking, which is higher than normal, caused due to the larger influx of bookings on the day you had made your reservation. That, of course, shouldn't have affected the way your booking was processed and we're sorry we couldn't prevent that delay.
