Disappointing service. Head out led me to believe we would not have to wait in a queue. We waited for half an hour on second day. On first day we gave up twice because the queues were so long

Hi Patrick, thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. I know how annoying it can be to wait in long lines. Usually, Most of our guests with the fast track tickets wait for 30-45 minutes which 99 out of 100 times compares favorably with 3-4 hour long regular queue to buy the tickets on site. Our tickets help save time, if not completely skip a line.
