Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. I know how annoying it can be to wait in agonizingly long lines. Usually, Most of our guests with the fast track tickets wait for 30-45 minutes which 99 out of 100 times compares favorably with 3-4 hour long regular queue to buy the tickets on site.

Our tickets help save time, if not completely skip a line.

Again, I’m so sorry you had to wait.

No, it is annoying purchasing tickets for 12.00, getting in line at 11.30 and not get in by 14.00! First, you can start by replying the mail i wrote to you in Friday. Second, as stating in the mail, the was no fast track at all. Just 3 lines completely identical. Your tickets did NOT help save any time - just as it was the case for the other people in the who bought tickets from you. This is nothing less of a scam, and i expect you to reply the mail i wrote to support. I am looking forward to hear from you.
