Thanks for trying o get a delivery of an item sorted. I haven't received the replacement item as yet, fingers crossed, it arrives on Monday, so I can on send to my daughter as a present to her.

never received magazines paid for, checked address seems fine, refund sent for one of my subscriptions however via cheque. I paid online with card, why can't I be refunded the same way?
