Great day - learnt a lot

Great customer service, friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere. There was a delay with our course starting, but they went out of their way to make up for it.

Facilities good but course content lacking - especially during the afternoon session. Tutor got mixed up with 2010 and 2013 versions.

We've fed back to the trainer on this occasion (who has taken your comments positively, and as a learning experience).
