If you are unsure of what to do with your culture it can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 weeks in its milk.

I am so sorry, i have double checked and i cannot find your email.
The cultures all have storage instructions on their label and a best before date. Simply store the culture at a cool room temperature and they can be stored like that for up to 12 months (or until the best before date whichever comes first).

I am so sorry, we do not have a record of recieving your email. The scobys can be stored for up to 12 months in their packaging and there is a best before date and storage instructions on the label. Simply store at a cool room tempeerature and the cultures will be fine for up to 1 year.
