My order arrived in perfect condition with very good instructions to get me started. They also kept in touch to let me know the status of the order which is very helpful.

It took 18 working days from placing your order to it being delivered. I do apologise if you feel that this is too long but working in the current environment is not easy and it is leading to major delays. We have warnings on the home page, product page and you ticked a box at the checkout to say that you understood that the wait may be around 3-4 weeks. We are a small family run firm and we are doing our very best. I can only apologise if you did not feel that the wait was reasonable, we doing all that we can to get orders dispatched as quickly as possible.

The delivery time on this order was 18 working days and there was a double bank holiday which added to the issues with dispatching orders in this climate. We do warn about the wait on the website and i apologise if you feel 18 working days is unreasonable in the current circumstances. We really are trying as hard as we can to get all customers orders dispatched as quickly as possible.
