Thank you for your review of our Northern Lights tour. It is unfortunate that the Northern Lights were not seen on this particular night. The predictions for sighting is not entirely accurate as this is after all a natural occurrence that we are fortunate to see in our skies over Iceland. The weather forecast can be a challenge as well as this changes from one hour to the next. All passengers on our tours that are not able to see the Northern Lights will be offered a complimentary ticket to use while in Iceland and if having to leave before joining again, the ticket is valid for 2 years. 

I do hope that you will be able to return to Iceland within the next 2 years. Be sure to send us a message in order to book again.

I can assure you that all honorable intentions prevail in all our decisions to operate the tour or not. Refunds are of course made if we cancel and repeating the tour is also always welcome.

.Hello Ryan Wood, if a tour was cancelled due to adverse weather conditions such as was on Saturday night for the Northern Lights tour, the booking will of course be refunded.  I gather that you cannot reschedule this tour and will send on to be refunded - you will receive a notice along with a receipt from our credit card server

The wi-fi on board our coaches is a complimentary addition that is constantly being updated. The reception can be a challenge on a full load of passengers using at the same time. Sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.
