very informative on the phone. were on time for tour start-up. Mike,van driver was very good on explaining Charleston historic details. Boat tour to Sumter was good.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I am sorry for the tour cancellation. Safety of our guests is a top priority and the decision to cancel is one we don't like to make but in the best interest of all. We hope that you visit Charleston again soon and get to visit Fort Sumter. The team at Gray Line of Charleston strives to share the beauty and history of Charleston with every visitor.
Our online ticket had the wrong address for pickup on it. of course we didn't know that until we waited 45 minutes for the tour bus. The tour was okay. I prefer a hop on hop off tour but none were...

We appreciate your feedback.We apologize for any confusion. We have discussed your response and are working on a better way for guests to meet the bus. Unfortunately, the City of Charleston does not allow hop on/hop off tours. If you would like to discuss your experience further with management please contact our office at 843-722-4444.
