Thank you for taking the time to review the service you received, Having spoken to the branch I understand your property received three asking price offers and exchanged within four months of the sale being agreed, under your instructions the property remained on the market during the sale and a further three possible buyers were found during this time, but it was decided to stay with the original buyer. I'm obviously disappointed that we did not meet your expectations as our service standards are extremely important to us and there are always areas we can improve upon and I agree communication is one of the most important areas. We are not perfect and I have spoken to the branch about your concerns so we can improve next time. Thank you again, as without feedback we will never know when we need to improve.

Having spoken to the branch I understand your property was marketed at an agreed asking price of £425,000, an open day was arranged and your property from this gained an offer of £380,0000 which was increased to £400,000. This was agreed and was 94% of the asking price. I appreciate that £25,000 is a great deal of money, however in today's market this is not uncommon. However, I am always disappointed to here when service standards are not met and I understand the branch has been in touch with you since your review to discuss your concerns.
