Thank you for taking the time to review the service you received, we take these comments very seriously and are always concerned if a client is unhappy and we are always looking to improve. I have spoken to the branch and they have reported back to me with the following;

"We had the property for sale from the 7th to the 24th April when an offer was accepted on the property of £212,000 against £215,000 Cubitts had the property on the year before and where unable to find a buyer. The buyer was getting a mortgage with a subprime lender once the mortgage survey was not booked in within 12 days of the property being marked as STC we re marketed the property for sale while the current buyer went through the mortgage application process. We continued to market the property until the end of July and during that time no other party offered against the property. Once the mortgage offer was out the property was marked as STC again and it exchanged at £212,000."

Its does appear that the branch did everything correctly, and in the absence of any other buyer and the history of how long the property had been on the market previously, I believe they did everything they could to protect your interests .
