We are sorry to hear that you were not happy with the service you received from Globehunters. We strive to provide good service and offer market leading flight fares through our supplier relations. Unfortunately due to the unavailability of the seats for a particular fare on a particular date, the fare cannot be removed as the seat allocations, availability and situation can change due to cancellations etc. Phone only fares displayed or fares selected on the Globehunters website is a database of allocations and should be used for researching the best fares for a given date range. Most of our phone only flights shown are available but our website fare database does not guarantee availability until booked over the phone. For guaranteed online bookable fares you will need to click on the ‘Select Fare’ tabs and modify your flights to the dates, duration of flight, direct or non-direct and times if available. We are sorry that you had difficulty understanding the agent on the other end of the phone. All of our agents should be trained to respond to UK client needs and we will investigate why this particular agent was not able to meet our servive requirements expected at Globehunters in this instance. We hope you would reconsider booking with Globehunters in the future. We would presonally like to invite you to contact our Customer Service Team here: http://www.globehunters.com/Info/Contact-Us.htm and we will help with any future travel requirements you will have. Yours sincerely The Globehunters Team
