Dear Sir,
We're very sorry that you feel this way about the service; we've investigated your file and would like to address each matter as follows:
- Regarding the saw; under no circumstances would we ever pack a saw with childrens toys, and for this to even happen accidentally, the saw would have had to have been kept with the childrens toys prior to our arrival.
- Regarding items being left on collection; we have a signed document agreeing that nothing has been left behind in error as well as further comments written and signed by you stating:
'VERY COMPETENT & PROFESSIONAL - GREAT TEAM AT MY PROPERTY - Thank you'
- Regarding the insurance policy; a policy covers everything declared and in this instance you claimed for things which you did not declare. There is no way an insurance company can cover this, very much in the same way that one wouldn't be able to claim for a broken windshield on a car insurance policy registered to a different vehicle. If a member of staff has instructed you differently then please provide this instruction to us at customerservices@gmsmove.com and we will follow this up immediately as it is strictly against company policy to instruct a client otherwise.
- Regarding hotels; our crews are currently not allowed to stay in almost all hired accomodation due to the pandemic. The crews will still use rest stops, motorway services and refreshment facilities to keep themselves washed and looking professional, but not hotels given current guidelines. The crew members should not ask to use your shower facilities, but are permitted to do so if offered. If the crew member in question did initiate this, then we will be happy to follow this up, please confirm this in email to us at customerservices@gmsmove.com.
It is unfortunate that you did not raise your issues with us previously as we would have been happy to discuss all of these things with you and find some sort of resolution.
