Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are pleased to read that your booking experience went smoothly and that your questions were answered when you contacted our team. However, we are sorry that you felt rushed during the tour and had limited time to explore the towns and destinations along the way. We understand that allowing time to enjoy the local atmosphere, visit places of interest and stop for a meal is an important part of the travel experience, and we appreciate your concerns that the time allocated at each stop did not allow you to make the most of your visits. We also regret that the location of some of the hotels, particularly in the larger cities, was less convenient than you had hoped. We understand how staying further from the main city areas can affect the time available to explore independently. Your comments regarding the pace of the itinerary, time at each destination and hotel locations are valuable and will be shared with the relevant teams for consideration. Thank you for choosing to travel with us and for taking the time to help us identify areas where the guest experience could be improved.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are pleased to read that your overall travel experience was positive. However, we are sincerely sorry that the level of customer service you received from GET fell short of your expectations. We understand how frustrating and concerning it must have been to wait for assistance with an urgent matter, particularly after being advised that you would receive a response within seven days and then not hearing back. We recognise the importance of timely communication and keeping our guests informed, especially when they are seeking support with pressing concerns. We regret that this experience has affected your confidence in choosing GET for future travel. Your feedback is important to us, and we will share your comments with the relevant team for review and consideration. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We appreciate the opportunity to acknowledge your concerns and recognise where improvements are needed.

Thank you for your continued loyalty to GET and for choosing to travel with us on several occasions. We are pleased to read that your latest tour was an enjoyable, entertaining and enlightening experience. It is also encouraging to read your kind comments about your Travel Director and the knowledge and enthusiasm she brought to your journey. We appreciate your suggestion of including a wine tasting as part of the itinerary or as an optional experience. We understand how this could add another memorable dimension to the tour, and we will share your idea with the relevant team for consideration. Thank you once again for your continued support and for taking the time to share your feedback. We look forward to the opportunity to welcome you on another journey with GET in the future.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are pleased to read that you found the booking process efficient and appreciated the flexibility of being able to pay over time. It is also great to know that you found the follow up communication helpful and that you were able to make your own flight arrangements with ease. We are especially pleased to read that the itinerary lived up to your expectations, particularly the opportunity to visit the Orkney Islands, Isle of Skye and some of Scotland’s more remote destinations. It sounds as though you experienced a fantastic variety of landscapes, history and culture, from ancient ruins and castles to Highland cows, waterfalls and traditional Highland dancing. We are also pleased to read your kind comments about your Travel Director and Coach Driver. We will be sure to share your recognition with the relevant teams. It is great to know that you enjoyed the optional activities you chose and had the opportunity to experience Scottish traditions, including trying haggis. Thank you for choosing Insight and for taking the time to share your experience with us.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are very sorry to read about the difficulties you experienced following the eruption of Mount Etna and the significant disruption to your return journey. We can understand how stressful and concerning this must have been, particularly while travelling with two 82-year-old companions and having to make alternative arrangements at your own expense. We understand your frustration that you felt unsupported at a time when you needed assistance, and we are sorry that your experience did not reflect the level of care and service you expected from Insight. Your concerns regarding the lack of assistance, contingency arrangements and the additional costs incurred are serious, and we will ensure your feedback is shared with the relevant teams for review. We appreciate you taking the time to bring these concerns to our attention. We hope that the opportunity to review what occurred will help us better understand the circumstances and identify where improvements can be made.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed and thoughtful feedback. We are especially grateful to read about your long-standing relationship with Grand European Travel and the trust you have placed in our team since your first journey in 2001. It is wonderful to read how much support you received from your Travel Specialist throughout the booking process, particularly when coordinating your Portugal tour around your river cruise and arranging your flights, accommodation and other travel details. We are also pleased to read how quickly your Travel Specialist assisted when your return flight was changed, helping to find an alternative that ultimately allowed you to arrive home earlier. Your continued loyalty and the recommendations you have made to friends and family mean a great deal to us. We are equally pleased to read that the Country Roads of Portugal tour exceeded your expectations. From Lisbon and the Algarve to the Douro Valley and Porto, it sounds as though you enjoyed a fantastic variety of scenery, culture, food and wine. Your kind comments about your Travel Director are particularly appreciated. We are pleased to read that their knowledge, humour and attention to detail helped make the journey so enjoyable, while their care around food allergies and thoughtful advice for those affected by motion sickness helped ensure everyone felt safe and comfortable. We are also grateful for your recognition of your Coach Driver. Navigating the narrow, winding and steep roads of the Douro Valley requires considerable skill, and it is great to read that you felt so safe and well supported throughout the journey. Thank you once again for your continued loyalty to Grand European Travel and for recommending us to your friends and family. We are grateful for the confidence you have placed in our team over the years and hope to welcome you on many more journeys in the future.

We are sorry to read that the time in Bath felt too short and that you had to rush to make the most of your visit. Your feedback is valuable and will be shared with the relevant teams for consideration. Thank you for choosing Trafalgar and for taking the time to share your experience with us.
