Thank you for booking with GET.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback and for choosing to travel with us on several occasions. We are pleased to read that your trip was memorable and that you found your booking specialist helpful and supportive throughout the planning process. We also appreciate your kind comments about your Coach Driver and local specialists. However, we are sorry that several aspects of the tour did not meet your expectations. We understand your concerns regarding the value offered, the coach amenities and the farewell gesture, and appreciate your feedback on how these elements could be improved to make the experience more meaningful for our guests. We also regret that the communication regarding the upcoming itinerary caused confusion and that you felt rushed at several attractions. We recognise the importance of having sufficient time to explore destinations such as Windsor Castle, the Tower of London and Montmartre, and appreciate your comments regarding the balance between organised experiences and independent exploration. We are sorry that the final day arrangements did not suit your flight schedule and that you were disappointed not to see your Travel Director before departing. We understand that having to arrange and pay for separate transport, particularly when your flight was much later in the day, added to your concerns. Your suggestion of offering separate transfers for morning and afternoon departures is valuable and will be shared with the relevant team for consideration. We also regret that your hotel in London did not meet the standards you expected. Your comments regarding the accommodation will be shared with the relevant team for review. Thank you again for your continued support and for being open to travelling with Trafalgar again. We value your honest feedback and will share your observations with the appropriate teams as we continue to review the guest experience.
